
The Co-operative was delighted with the response to the Tenant Satisfaction Survey earlier in the year, not only in terms of the positive feedback, but by the number of tenants willing to engage with us and tell us what they think of the services we offer.
We are continuing to work towards setting up our Residents Panel which will be a vehicle for tenants to have their views heard on any aspect of the Co-operative or the service they receive from us. Along with this, we will carry on measuring your satisfaction levels which is crucial to ensuring we continually improve our services.

From 1 April 2008 – 31 March 2009, the Co-operative carried out 987 repairs and out of these, 374 tenants responded to our survey.

Empty Properties
