The Co-operative is committed to involving our tenants and customers in our work, to allow them to influence and shape the service we provide and ensure they meet current and future needs.

We are always keen to hear from tenants on any subject, whether it be praise or protest. We'd also like you to tell us your views on how you participate in the Co-operative’s day to day running & should we be doing more to involve you, and if so, how would you like to be involved?

• Does every contact made with tenants count as participation, or do you think we should be encouraging tenants to form their own groups? 
• How would you feel about us phoning you more often to conduct surveys or to consult with you? 
• Are you happy with the services we provide and not interested in participating?
