Rutherford Court

The Co-operative’s newest development at Leonard Street has been completed and we are delighted with the finished result. The block has really brightened up what was a dreary corner, and is providing 16 much-needed homes for affordable rent. We are especially pleased that the development has been named ‘Rutherford Court’ after St Johnstone footballing legend Drew Rutherford.

The flats are a mix of one and two bedrooms and have been allocated to those on both the Co-operative’s and Perth & Kinross Council’s Housing lists. The Co-operative was delighted as our new tenants moved in in September 2010.

This is a prime location, close to shops and transport links, just a stones throw from both the bus and train station and is ideal for anyone looking for city centre living. This is another 'green' development for the Co-operative -car-free with no parking facilities provided within the site.
