What we do - Our services

We manage just under 400 homes and are planning to increase in size over the next two years, to six hundred properties in management.

We provide accommodation from a wide range of needs, including family homes and houses for the elderly, disabled and single. Most of our houses are in Fairfield, which has been revitalised thanks to an innovative programme of improvements.

Fairfield Housing Co-operative is managed by a voluntary Management Committee, which meets once a month. The committee members are all Fairfield tenants, which ensures local control of the Co-operative and a better understanding of tenants' needs.

Staff are employed to carry out the day-to-day running of the Co-operative and are involved with the management and maintenance of our houses and the surrounding Fairfield area. We also have a team of caretakers who provide a variety of excellent services, including litter-picking, window cleaning, grass-cutting, bulky item uplift and minor repairs.
