Muirton Homes Completed

Fairfield’s first tenants in Muirton  will be moving into their new homes in August. ‘The Rookery is the crescent shaped centrepiece of the regenerated Muirton Park,  comprising of striking townhouses and contemporary flats. Grant Ager the Co-operatives Director said “Fairfield has been involved with the project since 2004 and we are proud that at long last this milestone has been reached.  We hope the tenants like their new homes and being part of the ‘Fairfield Family.’ Our thanks go to Alison Crook and her team at Perthshire Housing Association, Margo Chalmers and her staff at Perth & Kinross Council and finally the ever patient residents.”

The third phase of 28 homes which will all be owned by Fairfield will commence constriction late 2009.
