Muirton Park Phase 3
27 stunning new homes have been completed and handed over to the delighted new residents this summer. This mixture of family homes and bungalows add another dimension to the diverse range of housing options available to our customers.
The homes which were highly coveted were all allocated several months in advance and the new tenants are settling into their new homes.
Yet again we have had record demand for a development proving the continuing need for investment throughout Perth and Kinross.
The Co-operative is scheduled to build a further 25 homes in Muirton in 2012/13 - this, due to funding reductions, may be subject to a disappointing delay.
The changes within Muirton have been tremendous over the last seven years and the re-generation continues to be a credit to the community and the partners involved: Fairfield Housing Co-operative Ltd, Perthshire Housing Association, Perth & Kinross Council and The Muirton Park Community Development Trust.
